Ok, my recent ideas for what to do with a lottery win are these:
Building a complex with the following:
-Apartments with many different floor plans and possibly lofts
-A private access parking area for residents with spacious single and double garages
-A grocery store
-A two story arcade complete with go-karts, mini-golf, and laser tag
-Semi-healthy fast food options (i.e. not burger joints or pizza joints...well maybe pizza)
-A semi-professional recording (music/voice acting/sound) studio
-A semi-professional movie studio
-A couple general item stores for everything else one may need
-A small theater complex would be neat too but I would not want to take away from Marcus...so maybe a drive-in theater with the screen being one of the exterior walls
-Of course one may need a gas station but I feel we could do without since there are enough in town
-A large grassy courtyard where people could just chill
-I suppose an attached hotel would be great to for those Canadian and American tourists
So, can we start applying now?
